Region 13, Diocese of the Queen of Angels is the international chapter which binds together all the youth members of the Apostolic Catholic Church in the whole Philippines and in other countries where ACC exists or has chapels and dioceses around the world (e.g. United States, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan).
Members are sealed covenants of angels called:
HIJAS DE MARIA (Daughters of Mary)
ANGELITAS (Little Angels, Female)
CHERUBIMS (Querubines)
SERAPHIMS (Serafines)
ANGELITOS (Little Angels, Male)
Sub-chapters called "tokas" are located in the following areas of jurisdiction:

Toka #7 - Our Lady of the Pillar - (Batangas, Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon)
Toka #8 - Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage - (Muntinlupa, Laguna, Quezon Province, Lucena, Bicolandia)
Toka# 9 - The Immaculate Conception - (Quezon City, Navotas, Malabon, Caloocan)
Toka #10 - Our Lady of Penafrancia - (Manila, Pasay, Mandaluyong, San Juan)
Toka #11 - Our Lady of Mt. Carmel - (Valenzuela and the Province of Bulacan)

Patuloy ang pagganap ng Simbahan sa kanyang mga hinirang sa Pambansang Dambana ng Ina Poon Bato sa 1003 Projec 7, North EDSA, Quezon City. Gayundin, muling idinaos ang paggunita sa Mahal na Araw, sa Sacrifice Valley, ang Lupang Banal noong Marso 2010 sa pangunguna ng Apostolic Catholic Church o ACC. Ang mga darating na ganapan sa SV ay ang Senor Noemi (Araw ng Tunay na Pasko) sa Oktubre 22-23, at ang Araw ng mga Banal (All Saint's Say) sa Okt. 31-Nobyembre 1.
